fame-knowledge-agent-gateway: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

fame-knowledge-agent-gateway AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from superalp1985/fame-knowledge-agent-gateway. It costs 663 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

Repository instructions for FAME Knowledge Agent Gateway, a system that gives agents governed access to outside knowledge, engineering memory, and tools. It describes separate Chinese and English editions and their required workflows.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when working in this repository to select the correct edition, route a user goal, connect an agent, and follow the documented gateway workflow.
Why use it?
It helps an agent follow the repository's routing, context, approval, tool-use, and memory rules instead of treating the system like ordinary search or retrieval.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00663 $0.00663
Opus 5 $0.00331 $0.00331
Sonnet 5 $0.00133 $0.00133
Haiku 4.5 $0.00066 $0.00066

Security

Grade A, and why

fame-knowledge-agent-gateway AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

一句话

FAME Knowledge Agent Gateway 是 Agent 的外部知识、工程记忆和工具治理插件。它不是普通 RAG。Agent 必须按路线、作用域、ContextPack、FAME 参数和 Tool Gateway 工作。

  • 中文开源版:versions/chinese-open/
  • English open edition:versions/english/

最小循环

用户目标 -> 语言树归一 -> subject/route_id
-> ContextPack -> ProposedAction

Workbench

English

FAME Knowledge Agent Gateway is an external knowledge, project-memory and tool-governance plugin for agents. It is not plain RAG. Agents should operate through route ids, scoped ContextPacks, FAME parameters and Tool Gateway rules.

Minimal loop:

Goal -> Language Tree -> subject/route_id
-> ContextPack -> ProposedAction
-> Tool Gateway / ApprovedAction
-> ToolResultSummary -> project-memory overlay

Never full-load the knowledge net, overwrite user changes, run destructive tools without scope checks, or claim completion without evidence.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
