Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5 | $0.01829 | $0.01829 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00915 | $0.00915 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00366 | $0.00366 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00183 | $0.00183 |
Grade A, and why
godot_mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 3d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 205 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
AGENTS.md - Godot MCP Project Guidelines
Shell Preference
-
Prefer
bashfor command execution and automated workflows. -
Ask the user for permission before using PowerShell, including Windows PowerShell and PowerShell 7.
-
If PowerShell use is approved, PowerShell 7.6.1 is preferred when available:
- Install path: C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.PowerShell_7.6.1.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\pwsh.exe
- Before using, verify the path exists.
- If it exists, use it.
- If not found, fall back to the system PowerShell only after user permission.
Code Language Policy
- No non-English prose allowed in any code files
- All text in code files must be in English
- Multilingual text artifacts are not supported in this repo
Build & Run Commands
- Run Godot Project: Open
project.godotin the Godot Editor.
Code Style Guidelines
GDScript (Godot)
- Use snake_case for variables, methods, and function names
- Use PascalCase for classes
- Use type hints where possible:
var player: Player - Follow Godot singleton conventions (e.g.,
Engine,OS) - Prefer signals for communication between nodes
General
- Use descriptive names
- Keep functions small and focused
- Add comments for complex logic
- Error handling: use assertions in GDScript
Testing Policy (Required)
Every code change must update or create corresponding tests under test/:
- Direct tests: cover the logic changed in this update, including normal paths, boundary conditions, and error handling.
- Impact-scope tests: identify and test related modules that may be affected by this change. If public method signatures, exported variables, signals, strategy classes, or similar shared interfaces change, cover all callers.
- Add corresponding tests when possible
- If the baseline test suite already contains failures, do not introduce new failures and document any pre-existing failures relevant to the change.
New Tool Workflow
New Tool Checklist
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

godot_mcp AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository Supermancho-git/godot_mcp (2 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 1,829 tokens to every session, about $0.0091 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
