Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00898 $0.00898
Opus 5 $0.00449 $0.00449
Sonnet 5 $0.00180 $0.00180
Haiku 4.5 $0.00090 $0.00090

Measured 6d ago against content hash 7a9f607f521d, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-07, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

zoom-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Zoom MCP Server

MCP server that lets Claude access Zoom meeting transcripts and AI summaries. Users can query their meetings, get transcripts, and search across meeting content.

Git Policy

Do not commit or push automatically. Always wait for explicit user confirmation before running git commit or git push.

Architecture

MVP1 (implemented): User OAuth flow - each user authorizes their own Zoom account, can only access meetings they hosted.

MVP2 (implemented): Admin proxy - Server-to-Server OAuth with admin scopes enables org-wide access. Users can access meetings they attended (not just hosted). See docs/plans/mvp2.md.

MVP3 (planned): Pre-registration rules & admin tools - Admins can pre-register users for meetings and grant/revoke access on-demand. See docs/plans/mvp3.md.

Tech Stack

  • TypeScript + ESM modules
  • @modelcontextprotocol/sdk for MCP protocol
  • Zoom OAuth 2.0 with browser flow
  • Token storage: OS keychain (primary), file fallback
  • Google Cloud Functions + Firestore (MVP2 proxy)

Commands

npm run build # Compile TypeScript
npm run dev # Watch mode
npm start # Run MCP server
npm run test:admin-api # Test S2S OAuth (requires .env)

Cloud Functions Commands

cd cloud-functions
npm run build # Compile cloud functions
npm run deploy:oauth # Deploy OAuth token exchange (MVP1)
npm run deploy:webhook # Deploy webhook handler (MVP2)
npm run deploy:api # Deploy proxy API (MVP2)
npm run deploy:cleanup # Deploy cleanup job (MVP2)

Scripts

npx tsx scripts/backfill.ts --from=2025-12-01 --to=2026-01-17 # Backfill historical data

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
