Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00492 | $0.00492 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00246 | $0.00246 |

Grade A, and why
coffee-roaster-mcp copilot.instructions.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 60 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Copilot Code Review Instructions
Project Overview
RoastPilot is a Python MCP server for coffee-roaster telemetry and controlled actuation in one local stdio process.
Full project rules are in AGENTS.md at the repo root.
Key Conventions
Runtime Boundary
- v0.1 is a local stdio MCP server.
- Agent orchestration and n8n are out of scope.
- The
RoastSessionruntime owns timing, telemetry, events, metrics, and logs. beans_added_atis T0. Auto-T0 detection is disabled by default.
Configuration
- Config defaults must allow a local mock run with no config file.
- Default roaster driver is
mock. - Default first-crack mode is
disabled. - YAML config is loaded from
coffee-roaster-mcp.yaml. - Environment overrides must be applied after file config.
- Use explicit
is Nonechecks where falsy values such as0,0.0, or empty strings have distinct meaning.
Hugging Face Models
- This repo consumes released artifacts from
syamaner/coffee-first-crack-detection. - Do not add model training, model export, Hugging Face sync, model card, or dataset card publishing here.
- INT8 ONNX is the default runtime precision.
- FP32 ONNX is supported by config.
Roaster Safety
- Hardware behavior must be conservative.
- Hottop command-loop behavior, packet handling, temperature units, drop, cooling, and emergency stop need explicit tests or manual validation notes.
- Do not accept mock-only validation for hardware-ready claims.
Code Style
- Python 3.11+ with full type hints on public functions and methods.
- Google-style docstrings for public APIs.
- Root
AGENTS.mddefines the deterministic gate; do not duplicate or weaken it here. - Dependencies must be declared in
pyproject.toml.
Generated And Local Files
- Do not commit model weights, ONNX files, audio recordings, roast logs, serial captures,
.envfiles, or IDE folders. - Generated roast logs belong under ignored log directories and must not be committed.
Testing
- Tests live under
tests/. - Avoid production-only fakes created solely for tests.
- Config tests should cover defaults, YAML overrides, environment overrides, and validation failures.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

coffee-roaster-mcp copilot.instructions.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository syamaner/coffee-roaster-mcp (0 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 492 tokens to every session, about $0.0025 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
