rigelonchain: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

rigelonchain CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from sylenzor/rigelonchain. It costs 1,147 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Project instructions for Rigel Protocol, an open-source MCP server that connects AI clients to the Solana blockchain and pump.fun. Solana is a blockchain, while pump.fun is a token-launch platform in that ecosystem.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when working on wallet balances, token data, rug-risk analysis, first-buyer checks, deployer history, or market information in the Rigel MCP server.
Why use it?
They give a coding agent the project's current context, history, conventions, and available tools before it changes the code. This helps keep blockchain-related work consistent with the server's design.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01147 $0.01147
Opus 5 $0.00574 $0.00574
Sonnet 5 $0.00229 $0.00229
Haiku 4.5 $0.00115 $0.00115

Measured 8d ago against content hash 65b314d85486, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-08, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

rigelonchain CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

rigel protocol — project context

This file orients Claude (Cowork / Claude Code) on the project. Read fully before making changes.

what this is (current, as of aug 11 2026 evening)

Rigel Protocol — an open-source MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, @rigel-protocol/solana-mcp, that bridges local AI clients (Claude Desktop, Cursor, any stdio MCP client) to the Solana blockchain and the pump.fun ecosystem. TypeScript, ESM, built on @modelcontextprotocol/sdk + @solana/web3.js.

Seven MCP tools (Zod-validated inputs), v1.2.0:

  1. rigel_get_wallet_balance(walletAddress) — SOL balance + major SPL holdings via RPC
  2. rigel_inspect_token_data(tokenAddress) — pump.fun token metadata, bonding-curve SOL, supply, curve completion %
  3. rigel_analyze_rug_risk(tokenAddress) — mint/freeze authority, top-holder concentration → risk report
  4. rigel_check_first_buyers(tokenAddress) — bundle detection: fresh-wallet holders, shared funders, clusters
  5. rigel_deployer_history(tokenAddress) — deployer rap sheet: who launched it, wallet age/activity, remaining bag
  6. rigel_market_snapshot(tokenAddress) — DexScreener: price, mcap, liquidity, volume, buy/sell flow, momentum
  7. rigel_full_audit(tokenAddress) — all checks in one call, combined verdict + top reasons

Key posture: read-only — no private keys, no signing, no custody, runs locally over stdio, RPC configurable via SOLANA_RPC_URL env. MIT license. Console logs go to stderr (stdout is reserved for MCP protocol traffic).

project history (one paragraph — for context only)

This repo was previously "rigel" — first a daily Solana analysis desk, then briefly an AI trading desk with a public 1 SOL wallet (FC5iXHES57un9nCdF9SrQfijxmk5bxJ3uZnVXS2Na947 — still Maksim's; unused by the protocol). On aug 11 2026 Maksim scrapped that direction entirely ("scratch everything, the vibe motto everything") and pivoted to the MCP server. All prior work (desk site, book section, brief system) lives in git history. Old files data/site.json, data/book.json, public/style.css, public/app.js are LEGACY — unused by the new landing page, kept only for history; don't extend them.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
