CLI Release Versioning

The repository has two separate version surfaces:

Root CLI package — package.json, root CHANGELOG.md, and repo v* tags all share one release line managed by semantic-release on main.
Embedded marketplace plugin metadata — plugins/compound-engineering/.claude-plugin/plugin.json and .claude-plugin/marketplace.json track the distributed Claude plugin metadata and can differ from the root CLI package version.
