Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00551 | $0.00551 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00275 | $0.00275 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00110 | $0.00110 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00055 | $0.00055 |
Grade A, and why
mcp-telegram-agent AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 87 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
AGENTS.md
Project-wide rules for AI coding agents working in this repository.
Scope
- Apply these rules to the whole repository.
- If another local rule file exists in a subfolder, the most specific file wins for that subfolder.
Main Policy
mainis the release branch.- Pushing to
maintriggers automated release/publish flow. - Do not push direct changes to
mainfor normal feature/fix work.
Branch Strategy (GitHub)
feature/* ---> Pull Request ---> main
fix/* ---> Pull Request ---> main
hotfix/* ---> main (emergencies only)
Rules:
- Use a separate branch for each responsibility.
- Do not mix unrelated tasks in the same branch.
- If a new request is unrelated, propose creating a new branch.
- Use
hotfix/*only for urgent production issues.
Commit Rules
- Use Conventional Commits in English.
- Add a relevant emoji in the subject.
- Keep commit scope clear and focused.
Format:
type(scope): emoji short description
Examples:
feat(onboarding): ✨ add setup-code verification fallbackfix(ci): 🐛 use CI-safe test globdocs(readme): 📝 add agent-first entrypointtest(mcp): ✅ add onboarding integration testchore(workflow): 🔧 adjust release pipeline
Quality Gates (Required)
Before creating PR or pushing important changes, run:
npm run check
npm run build
npm run test
Rules:
- Keep tests green.
- If behavior changes, update/add tests.
- Never skip tests silently.
Release Rules
- Do not create manual releases unless explicitly requested by the user.
- Respect existing automation in
.github/workflows/release.yml. - Use commit types intentionally (
feat, fix, docs, test, chore) since release logic depends on commits.
Security Rules
- Never expose full secrets/tokens in logs or final responses unless user explicitly asks.
- Prefer masked token output in explanations.
Mandatory Onboarding Behavior
- If user asks to install/configure this MCP, do not stop at explanation.
- Execute the onboarding flow with tools and ask only the required confirmations.
- Always require explicit
chat_idconfirmation before finalizing onboarding and sending test notifications.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

mcp-telegram-agent AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository tecnomanu/mcp-telegram-agent (0 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 551 tokens to every session, about $0.0028 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
