AGENTS.md

tegro-money-mcp AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from TegroTON/tegro-money-mcp. It costs 315 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

A set of project instructions for developing the Tegro.Money MCP server, an adapter that lets AI clients read the Tegro.Money REST API.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for maintaining and extending the server's read-only tools while keeping API keys private and preventing money-moving features.
Why use it?
It gives coding agents the project layout, build commands, authentication rules, and safety limits needed to change the server correctly.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00315 $0.00315
Opus 5 $0.00158 $0.00158
Sonnet 5 $0.00063 $0.00063
Haiku 4.5 $0.00032 $0.00032

Measured 9d ago against content hash 82bd4e93f792, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-10, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

tegro-money-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

CLAUDE.md — tegro-money-mcp

MCP server (Model Context Protocol) exposing the Tegro.Money REST API to AI clients (Claude Desktop, Cursor, …). Read-only — no money-moving tools.

Layout

  • src/config.ts — env config (TEGRO_API_KEY required; TEGRO_SHOP_ID, TEGRO_API_BASE optional).
  • src/client.ts — API client. Auth = HMAC_SHA256(json_body, apiKey)Authorization: Bearer <sign>. Body signed = body sent (serialize once). Unique nonce per request.
  • src/tools.ts — read-only tool definitions (zod schemas + handlers). Add new READ tools here.
  • src/index.ts — server entry (stdio transport). Logs to stderr only (stdout is the JSON-RPC channel).

Run / build

npm installnpm run build (→ dist/) → npm run dev (tsx, from source). Entry: dist/index.js (bin: tegro-money-mcp).

Rules

  • 🔴 Read-only contract. Do NOT add order-creation or payout tools to this package without explicit owner sign-off + money-review. Keep it informational.
  • Secrets come only from env; never hardcode or log the API key.
  • The API contract is the official docs: https://tegro.money/api/ — mirror it.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
