Getting it into your agent
There is no command for this one: it runs only inside a plugin, and the catalogue could not identify which plugin ships it. The source is linked below.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.06199 | $0.06199 |
| Opus 5 | $0.03099 | $0.03099 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.01240 | $0.01240 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00620 | $0.00620 |
Grade A, and why
Copilot-Skills copilot-instructions.md scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.

Copilot Instructions
⚡ CRITICAL: For ANY file operation (C.R.U.D., search, grep, etc.), ALWAYS use Kit first:
Before reading, searching, or modifying ANY file:
# Find what you're looking for
kit symbols . --format json | jq '.[] | select(.name == "FUNCTION_NAME")' # Find function
kit grep . "SEARCH_TERM" --directory "src" # Search in directory
kit usages . "SYMBOL_NAME" # Find usages
# Get file context before editing
kit context . src/file.ts 42 # Get code around line
kit chunk-symbols . src/file.ts # Split file by functions
# Understand related code
kit file-tree . --path src/pages # View structure
cat .kit-analysis/summary.md # See most complex files
Why: Kit is 25-36x faster than grep, excludes node_modules automatically, and gives structured output.
This is MANDATORY for every task. Do not skip Kit.
Orchestration Default
- Treat every user query as an orchestration task: decide which specialist agents in
/.github/agents/to involve before replying. - Prefer breaking work into targeted subagents when tasks can be split; call them via the
runSubagenttool and merge their outputs into one concise answer. - If no suitable agent exists or delegation adds no value, proceed directly but mention that delegation was considered.
- Keep added narration minimal and honor all existing workflows (Kit-first, patching rules, testing, quirks).

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
