Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00682 | $0.00682 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00341 | $0.00341 |

Grade A, and why
clarity-api-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 50 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Build, Test, And Run
- Install with
bun install. - Run the server with
bun startorbun src/index.ts. - Tests:
bun test. - Handshake:
bun run smoke-test. - Live call:
bun run smoke-test -- --liveonly whenCLARITY_API_KEYis set and a paid upscale is intended.
Coding Conventions
- Bun TypeScript, no
tscemit. Keep#!/usr/bin/env bunon the server and bin entry. - Use Bun Shell (
import { $ } from "bun") for curl andmkdir. Always.quiet()so stdout stays MCP-only. - Use
Bun.file/Bun.write/Bun.env/import.meta.dirinstead of Node helpers when they fit. - Zod schemas for MCP input and output. Keep per-mode validation next to the schema it refines.
- Return
structuredContentplus a JSON text fallback. - Log diagnostics to stderr with
console.error. Never write arbitrary stdout from the stdio server.
Clarity And Secrets
- Never commit
CLARITY_API_KEY,CAI_API_KEY, or.env. - Prefer
CLARITY_API_KEY. AcceptCAI_API_KEYas an alias. CLARITY_BASE_URL,CLARITY_TIMEOUT, andCLARITY_OUTPUT_DIRare optional.- Changes to modes, parameter ranges, endpoint URL, or billing field names are user-visible.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
