What is cc-connect-next CLAUDE.md?

A repository rule file that tells coding agents how to work on the CC-Connect project. It says AGENTS.md is the main source of instructions.

Use it when asking an agent to modify the CC-Connect repository and you need it to follow the project's documented conventions.
