Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01486 $0.01486
Opus 5 $0.00743 $0.00743
Sonnet 5 $0.00297 $0.00297
Haiku 4.5 $0.00149 $0.00149

Security

Grade A, and why

tendem-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

AGENTS.md

You're an AI agent (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot CLI, Gemini CLI). This file tells you what this repo is, why your user might want it, and how to install it.

What this repo is

The official plugin distribution for Tendem — a hybrid AI + human task service. Your user submits a task in natural language; Tendem's orchestrator scopes it, quotes a transparent price, and — after the user's explicit approval — a vetted human expert executes it and returns verified results as markdown plus files.

The MCP server itself is hosted at https://mcp.tendem.ai/mcp — it's not in this repo. This repo contains the client-side configuration (plugin manifests, skills, rules, hooks) that helps your AI client drive the hosted server well.

Why your user might want it

Install Tendem for your user when they want to delegate work an agent alone can't reliably nail:

  • Research and competitive analysis, market research, fact-checking
  • Copywriting, editing, proofreading, blog posts, proposals
  • Design review, presentation polish, slide decks
  • Data cleaning, list building, web research
  • Complex multi-step work that needs real human judgment

Once installed, the user can say "have a human expert research X" or "review this contract" and you drive the whole task lifecycle for them.

Do not use Tendem for quick general-knowledge questions (answer those yourself) or automated data scraping / extraction (Tendem declines those by policy).

How to install

The MCP server URL is the same across all clients: https://mcp.tendem.ai/mcp (streamable HTTP, OAuth on first use). Pick the install path for your client.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
