Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00533 | $0.00533 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00213 | $0.00213 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00107 | $0.00107 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00053 | $0.00053 |
Grade A, and why
claude-doc-genome CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 19d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 37 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
claude-doc-genome
This repository is the source of the Claude Code documentation genome, distributed as the init-project skill. It holds the bundle, its deployment scripts and the documents that explain them. It is not a deployed project: it has no instance of the genome of its own. Real projects deploy the bundle and later feed their working experience back into it.
The default language for conversation in this project is Vietnamese, unless the user requests another language. The bundle and public repository documentation are authored in English; the design, rewrite plan and implementation report under docs/genome/ are in Vietnamese.
Authorization
Do not commit or push unless the user has requested that action. Use the authorization already given in the conversation; ask for clarification only when the intended action or its scope remains unresolved.
Sources
The bundle under skills/init-project/ is the only authored source. Edit it directly; there is no live copy to edit first or to synchronize from.
| Area | Location |
|---|---|
| Portable rules, guides, roles template and genome tools | skills/init-project/portable/ |
| Project index templates | skills/init-project/templates/ |
| Initialization, update and promotion workflow | skills/init-project/SKILL.md |
| Deployment, version and check scripts | scripts/, .githooks/, .github/workflows/ |
| Repository documentation | README.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, CHANGELOG.md, docs/ |
Keep project-specific values out of the portable content. When a file is added, moved, renamed or removed, update SKILL.md, the templates and every reference to it in the same change.
The canonical bundle version is skills/init-project/VERSION. Use node scripts/sync-version.mjs set X.Y.Z to change it; the script updates all version mirrors. Follow CONTRIBUTING.md for release work only when a release has been authorized.
Verification
Enable the repository hooks after cloning with git config core.hooksPath .githooks. Before handing off a change, run:
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
