What is design-skill AGENTS.md?

A repository instruction file for a design-skill project. It tells contributors to run a local verification script and preserve the pre-push check before opening a pull request.

Use it when changing the design-skill project, especially its scripts, rules, or command list. It covers setting up worktree hooks, running the verifier, and recording the real verification result in a pull request.

It provides one defined way to verify changes when there are no GitHub Actions, which are automated checks run by GitHub. It also prevents contributors from skipping the project's required checks.

No GitHub Actions. The gate is bash scripts/verify.sh (docs/agents/verifier.md, mode in docs/agents/repo-mode.md). The pre-push hook runs it on every push; run it again before gh pr create and paste the real output in the PR body. Never skip the pre-push hook. New worktrees: scripts/ensure-worktree-hooks --worktree <path>. Merge once the verifier passed at the PR head; do not wait on GitHub checks. App-driving proof: skills/verify-design-skill/.
