agent-skills: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

agent-skills AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from ucoz-skills/agent-skills. It costs 1,037 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for contributors maintaining the ucoz-skills/agent-skills codebase. They explain where files belong, how skills are documented and versioned, and how changes are checked.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when editing skill files, maintaining the repository layout, updating versions, or validating packaged skills.
Why use it?
They help coding agents avoid confusing maintainer guidance with instructions meant for a customer project. They also reduce inconsistent edits across the repository.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.01037 $0.01037
Opus 5.5 $0.00415 $0.00415
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00207 $0.00207
Haiku 4.5 $0.00104 $0.00104

Security

Grade A, and why

agent-skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

AGENTS.md — Repository maintainer guidance

This file is for coding agents editing this repository (ucoz-skills/agent-skills). It is not a runtime skill playbook.

Runtime behavior for end users lives in each skill’s SKILL.md (and its references/). Do not duplicate runtime workflows, MCP call recipes, VISUAL/Direct/API playbooks, or tool matrices here — that causes conflicts when skills are installed into customer projects.

Not the same as a project AGENTS.md. Some skills (e.g. ad-campaign) tell the runtime agent to read the customer site project’s AGENTS.md for local facts (IDs, budgets, goals). That file belongs to the client project. This root AGENTS.md is only how to maintain this skills repo. Never merge the two.

Keep one AGENTS.md at the repository root only. Do not add AGENTS.md inside skill folders or ship it as a web-discovery / packaged skill artifact.

Purpose

Official Agent Skills + plugin packaging for uCoz: landing pages, ad campaigns, shop optimization, translation, design restyling, and original templates — all intended to run with the official remote MCP (https://www.ucoz.com/mcp). Do not document or recommend fork/unofficial MCP servers. Site create/select is via MCP tools (create_site / list_sites / select_site), not a separate provisioning skill.

Layout

skills/<skill-id>/
  SKILL.md # required entrypoint (agentskills.io)
references/ # optional deep playbooks (preferred over bloating SKILL.md)
  examples/ assets/ scripts/ templates/ # as needed per skill

Skill IDs and folder names use kebab-case and match frontmatter name (e.g. ucoz-landing-skill).

Plugin / catalog surfaces that must stay aligned when adding or renaming a skill:

  • Explicit skill lists: .cursor-plugin/plugin.json, skills.sh.json
  • Mostly version/description alignment: root plugin.json, .claude-plugin/plugin.json, .codex-plugin/plugin.json (scans ./skills/), .claude-plugin/marketplace.json
  • README “Available skills” table and install examples
  • Root MCP configs: .mcp.json, mcp_config.json (official remote https://www.ucoz.com/mcp only)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
