Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00922 | $0.00922 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00369 | $0.00369 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00184 | $0.00184 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00092 | $0.00092 |
Grade A, and why
arxiv-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 15d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 56 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Repo-specific rules for Claude Code when editing this repository. Violations of any rule below are blockers — fix before declaring a task complete.
Commit message conventions
These rules apply to every commit message and to every PR title.
A PR lands by squash merge, so its title becomes the commit message on main.
Prohibited forms:
refactor(<anything>): ...on a commit that touches skill text (SKILL.mdor anything underreferences/). The agent executes skill text, and no test shows that a reorganized instruction leaves the agent's behavior unchanged, so the claimrefactormakes cannot be backed.refactoris available for code-only commits (see "Type selection").<type>(skills): ...— the literal scope nameskillsis forbidden. Theskills/tree is the global context of this repo; usingskillsas a scope adds no information. Use a bare<type>: ...(no scope) for repo-wide changes, or name the specific skill(s).
Type selection:
Surface-specific overrides (apply first):
- Documentation-only change (top-level doc files including
README.mdandCLAUDE.md, anything underdocs/if added later) →docs(regardless of add/remove).SKILL.mdandreferences/are not documentation: the agent executes them, so they take the skill-text rule below. - Development tooling and repo metadata — a surface no consumer of the installed plugin can observe, because no
SKILL.mdstep reads or runs it:.claude-plugin/marketplace.json,.pre-commit-config.yaml,.gitignore,ruff.toml, other linter / formatter config, and a bundled test noSKILL.mdinvokes →chore(regardless of add/remove). Routine version bumps with no other change fall here (chore: bump to <version>). A file underskills/qualifies only when noSKILL.mdstep names it; anything a step names is skill content and takes the rules below. - Pure formatting pass (whitespace, table padding, list renumbering, or any other output of a formatter such as
ruff formatwith no semantic content change) →style, regardless of which files it touches (skills/included).
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

arxiv-skills CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository ultimatile/arxiv-skills (47 stars, last pushed 3d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 922 tokens to every session, about $0.0037 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-03.
