What is Live-Translator-Hub CLAUDE.md?

A compatibility instruction file for the Live-Translator-Hub repository. It tells Claude Code users that the project is now maintained with Codex and that the main instructions are in AGENTS.md.

Use it as an entry point when working in the repository, then read AGENTS.md for commands, architecture, naming, translation rules, releases, and package boundaries.
