Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.02643 | $0.02643 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01321 | $0.01321 |

Grade A, and why
open-autonomy CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 234 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Project Overview
Open Autonomy is a Python framework for creating decentralized multi-agent systems (MAS) that run as autonomous services. Agents coordinate via an ABCI (Application Blockchain Interface) consensus mechanism backed by Tendermint, enabling trust-minimized, transparent operations including on-chain interactions.
Built on top of the open-aea (Autonomous Economic Agent) framework. The CLI entry point is autonomy (defined in autonomy/cli/).
Common Commands
Development Setup
make new_env && pipenv shell
autonomy packages sync --update-packages
pip install --no-deps plugins/aea-test-autonomy
Testing
# Framework unit tests (autonomy/ and tests/) with coverage
make test
# Test a specific skill (e.g. skill=counter)
make test-skill skill=counter
# Test a specific subpackage with coverage
# tdir = test path (without "test_" prefix), dir = dotted module path
make test-sub-p tdir=connections/test_abci.py dir=connections.abci
make test-sub-p tdir=skills/test_counter/ dir=skills.counter
# Run a single test file directly
pytest -rfE tests/test_autonomy/test_cli/test_analyse.py
# Run tests for a specific package
aea test by-path packages/valory/skills/abstract_round_abci
Docker images required for integration and e2e tests — pure unit tests (no -m integration / -m e2e) need nothing; fixtures that do need docker are the ones that call out to registries_scope_class, UseACNNode, UseFlaskTendermintNode, UseTendermint, or SlowFlaskTendermintDockerImage:
# Pulled from Docker Hub:
docker pull valory/autonolas-registries:latest # registries_scope_class (chain tests, e2e)
docker pull valory/acn-node:latest # UseACNNode (register_reset e2e)
docker pull tendermint/tendermint:v0.34.19 # UseTendermint, test_runtime
docker pull valory/slow-tendermint-server:0.1.0 # register_reset recovery helpers
# Built locally from deployments/Dockerfiles/tendermint/ (the flask-wrapped tendermint):
TM="deployments/Dockerfiles/tendermint/"
docker build $TM -t valory/open-autonomy-tendermint:0.1.0 \
-t valory/open-autonomy-tendermint:1.0.0 \
-t valory/open-autonomy-tendermint:latest
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

open-autonomy CLAUDE.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository valory-xyz/open-autonomy (127 stars, last pushed 11d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 2,643 tokens to every session, about $0.0132 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
