agenda-intelligence-md: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

agenda-intelligence-md AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from vassiliylakhonin/agenda-intelligence-md. It costs 3,243 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for Agenda Intelligence MD, a system that checks whether AI-written claims are supported by evidence and can expose analysis through command-line and web interfaces. They describe its services, compatibility layers, regional routing, and validation rules.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them to understand the Python service layer, MCP server, HTTP API, evidence checks, memo schemas, and project-specific research workflow.
Why use it?
They explain which parts of the repository are authoritative and how evidence-backed output is checked, helping agents avoid unsupported claims and incorrect changes.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.03243 $0.03243
Opus 5 $0.01622 $0.01622
Sonnet 5 $0.00649 $0.00649
Haiku 4.5 $0.00324 $0.00324

Security

Grade A, and why

agenda-intelligence-md AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Project identity

Agenda Intelligence MD is primarily a deterministic evidence-packet linter for claim-backed AI output. It keeps the older strategic-intelligence runtime, transports, and vertical workers as compatibility surfaces and inspectable examples.

It bundles four things in one repository:

  1. Core package + service layer — pure Python functions (check_evidence_packet, audit_claims, grounded_check, source_coverage, and compatibility profile functions) in src/agenda_intelligence/services.py. Vendor-neutral, no transport, no marketplace, no default live retrieval.
  2. MCP server — exposes analyze, validate_memo, list_signals, get_signal, and deep_dive (stub) over stdio for desktop assistants. analyze accepts a structured request (agenda-request.schema.json), routes geography to the relevant regional reference, assembles a system prompt from the in-repo Global Think Tank Analyst method plus regional lenses, optionally calls the Anthropic API when ANTHROPIC_API_KEY is set, and returns a memo validated against agenda-memo.schema.json.
  3. HTTP API shell — thin transport over the service layer (src/agenda_intelligence/http_api.py). Stateless, no auth opinion, no billing. Documented in docs/deployment/http-api.md.
  4. A2A adapter — routing and protocol layer over the HTTP/service layer (src/agenda_intelligence/a2a_adapter.py). Emits A2A-compatible agent cards, accepts message/send, converts to service-request shape, returns A2A artifacts. Local shell behavior is documented in docs/deployment/a2a-adapter.md. Live deployment baseline lives under deploy/cloudflare-worker/.

Layering (channel concerns must not leak into core):

Core package -> service functions -> MCP server | HTTP API shell -> A2A adapter -> deployment package

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
