instructions are centralized in one file so every agent — Codex, Cursor, and any
other tool that reads AGENTS.md — behaves consistently.

project (.ai/framework/ONBOARD.md).
Do not duplicate instructions here — edit .ai/framework/AGENT-GUIDE.md so all agents
stay in sync.
