What is openstart CLAUDE.md?

A project instruction file that directs coding agents to the VijayaTech Project Framework, where shared guidance and documentation rules are kept. The framework is intended to keep different AI coding tools consistent.

Starting work on the project, finding the documents agents must read, following the project’s operating and documentation rules, and running the onboarding command.

It prevents instructions from being copied into several files and becoming inconsistent or outdated.
