Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.04260 | $0.04260 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.01704 | $0.01704 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00852 | $0.00852 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00426 | $0.00426 |
Grade A, and why
claude-org-template CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 461 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Claude-Org: Personal Organization System
For Claude instances: This is your ground truth. Start here, then read
context/voice.mdandcontext/projects.md.
SELF-UPDATING INSTRUCTION: This file is the ground truth for this workspace. After ANY change to this system (new files, completed tasks, acquired knowledge, structural changes), update this file to reflect the current state. This ensures continuity across sessions.
Bootstrap Check
Read context/voice.md first. If it still contains _..._ placeholder text, this system hasn't been initialized yet. Read ONBOARDING.md and run the onboarding sequence - it will guide you through setting up the system collaboratively with the user.
If voice.md is populated with real content, onboarding is complete. Continue with normal operation below.
Purpose
A collaborative organization system between you and Claude for:
- Tracking tasks and projects
- Capturing and distilling knowledge from conversations
- Organizing miscellaneous inquiries
- Building a searchable, browsable knowledge base
- Maintaining continuity across sessions through architecture rather than memory
The key insight: Claude doesn't persist memory between sessions, but a well-structured workspace creates an "attractor basin" - terrain shaped by consistent thinking that any Claude instance can orient to quickly.
Orientation (Read First)
When arriving at this workspace, orient with these documents in order:
- This file (
CLAUDE.md) - structure, schemas, conventions, orchestration - context/current-state.md - dynamic state: tasks, projects, inbox, recent changes
- context/voice.md - collaboration style, intellectual coordinates, working relationship
- context/projects.md - project relationships, conceptual threads, cross-connections
These together form the attractor basin. The more thoughtfully you shape these documents, the faster Claude can find its footing in any session.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
