Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00582 | $0.00582 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00291 | $0.00291 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00116 | $0.00116 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00058 | $0.00058 |
Grade A, and why
Agent-Skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 60 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Vobiz agent instructions
This repository publishes reusable agent skills for the Vobiz programmable telephony platform. Use the instructions below when you answer questions or change files in this repository.
Use the maintained skills
Start with skills/vobiz-api/SKILL.md, then load only the specialized skill
that matches the task. Do not duplicate full API guidance in platform-specific
configuration files.
Available domains include phone numbers, voice calls, VobizXML, audio streams, SIP trunking, applications and endpoints, CDRs, sub-accounts, the Partner API, WhatsApp, AI voice agents, and Plivo migration.

Fetch current documentation when an endpoint, request field, response, price, limit, or product behavior may have changed. Never invent an API path or field.
Follow Vobiz conventions
- Use the REST base URL
https://api.vobiz.ai/api/v1. - Authenticate server-side requests with
X-Auth-IDandX-Auth-Tokenunless the referenced endpoint explicitly documents another supported method. - Read credentials from environment variables or a secret manager.
- Never print, persist, commit, or place credentials in examples.
- Preserve API path casing exactly.
/Account/,/account/, and/accounts/are not interchangeable. - URL-encode E.164 numbers used in URL paths. Encode
+as%2B. - Keep the literal
+in JSON request bodies.
Protect users from unintended actions
Show the target account, resource, and expected effect before a write. Require explicit confirmation before purchasing or releasing numbers, placing calls, sending messages, transferring balance, deleting resources, or performing another action that can spend money or affect an external recipient.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

Agent-Skills AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository vobiz-ai/Agent-Skills (2 stars, last pushed 19d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 582 tokens to every session, about $0.0029 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
