Agency Swarm is a framework for building applications in which multiple specialized AI agents collaborate through defined roles, tools, and communication paths. Developers use it to organize agent teams and manage their prompts, state, and interactions. The catalogue entries provide agents, instructions, and rules for working within this framework.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.01139 | $0.01139 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00570 | $0.00570 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00228 | $0.00228 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00114 | $0.00114 |
Grade A, and why
agency-swarm AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 63 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Agency Swarm Repository Addendum
This file contains only repository-specific addenda to the controlling machine-global policy and matching global skills.
1. Repository Baseline
1.1 The canonical remote-tracking default branch is origin/main.
1.2 CLAUDE.md must remain a symlink to AGENTS.md; verify it before relying on repository policy or shipping a repository-policy change.
1.3 Shared policy from VRSEN/agentswarm-cli may appear here only as a strict subset or a necessary Python/Agency adaptation; omit CLI, TUI, OpenCode, Bun, npm, and package-layout rules without a Python or Agency equivalent.
1.4 If an active pull request duplicates an open Dependabot dependency update, close the Dependabot pull request through the normal public-mutation approval path.
2. Repository Commands And Review Artifacts
2.1 Use make prime when repository-structure discovery adds value.
2.2 Run make format before a commit when its touched files are covered by repository formatting.
2.3 Run make check before staging or committing runtime, interface, or integration changes.
2.4 Run make ci before a release, a broad or risky merge-readiness claim, a repository-wide health claim, or when focused proof cannot bound risk.
2.5 Use project virtual environments and repository task runners, not global interpreters or absolute paths.
2.6 The general Codex review command is codex review --base origin/main -c model_reasoning_effort="high".
2.7 The policy Codex review command is codex review --base origin/main -c model_reasoning_effort="xhigh".
2.8 The pre-release Codex review command is codex review --base origin/main -c model_reasoning_effort="xhigh".
2.9 Broad, public, high-risk, or low-confidence repository-policy edits require a clean policy Codex review before shipping; that review uses gpt-5.6-sol (the Codex CLI default) or an approved substitute with xhigh reasoning; high is insufficient.
2.10 When the review command cannot be used, fall back only to an equivalent codex exec diff review with the same origin/main base and reasoning class.
2.11 Save pre-release and fallback review output to /tmp/codex_review_<short_sha>.txt.
2.12 Supporting reviews may supplement but never replace a required Codex review.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
