Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.03726 | $0.03726 |
| Opus 5 | $0.01863 | $0.01863 |

Grade C, and why
business-context-os CLAUDE.md scanned grade C with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

How to Work
Never answer cold. Every non-trivial answer leans on context — use the structure to find it cheaply.
- Trivial: math, syntax, "list files", obvious one-liners, framework / skill / CLI questions — answer directly.
- Anything else (questions, edits, plans, decisions — about the business, the docs, processes, decisions, anything BCOS knows) — load context first via the Retrieval Playbook below. Don't grep when there's an index. Don't paraphrase a data point you haven't read. Don't restate from training when the canonical answer is one read away.
- Small changes (1-3 files) — think briefly, execute.
- Significant changes — use
clear-plannerskill. - New content arriving — use
context-ingestto route it. - When in doubt — ask: "Should I just do this, or plan it out first?"
Session Start
Read these files at the start of any context-related work:
docs/.wake-up-context.md— Compressed snapshot (~200 tokens). Read FIRST for instant orientation. Auto-generated bypython .claude/scripts/generate_wakeup_context.py.docs/.onboarding-checklist.md— Onboarding progress. Mention the next unchecked item once (don't nag). When all items are checked, delete this file and remove this line from CLAUDE.md.docs/.session-diary.md— Recent session notes for continuity. Append an entry at session end.
Drill into the heavier orientation docs when the task calls for it — the wake-up snapshot lists task-driven pointers in its "Drill into when relevant" block. Quick reference:
docs/document-index.md— read before adding or editing a data point (find the owner, avoid duplication)docs/current-state.md— read for strategy / "what's true right now" questionsdocs/table-of-context.md— read for architecture-level navigation
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
