Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00671 | $0.00671 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00268 | $0.00268 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00134 | $0.00134 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00067 | $0.00067 |
Grade A, and why
Smart-Health-Assistant AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 37 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Repository Guidelines
Project Structure & Module Organization
This project pairs a FastAPI/LangGraph backend with a React/Vite frontend. Backend lives in backend/: main.py exposes API/SSE endpoints, agents/ contains specialists, skills/ contains tools, rag/ contains retrieval code, and evals/ contains regression cases. Tests and manual checks are backend/test_*.py files.
Frontend source is in frontend/src/: views use screens/, reusable UI uses components/, and shared state, clients, and contracts use store/, services/, and types/. Assets belong in frontend/public/ or frontend/src/assets/; documentation lives in the three docs/ directories.
Build, Test, and Development Commands
cd backend && uv sync: install Python 3.13 dependencies fromuv.lock.cd backend && uv run python -m rag.ingest: build the RAG index; add--rebuildafter document changes.cd backend && uv run uvicorn main:app --reload --port 8000: run the API locally.cd backend && uv run python -m unittest test_llm.py test_vision.py test_main_config.py test_observability.py test_evals.py: run deterministic backend tests.cd frontend && npm install: install frontend dependencies.cd frontend && npm run dev: start Vite athttp://localhost:5173.cd frontend && npm run lint && npm run build: lint, type-check, and build.cd frontend && node test_pw.cjs: run the Playwright smoke flow with the app available.
Coding Style & Naming Conventions
Use 4-space indentation, type hints, and Pydantic models in Python. Name agents by role (clinic.py). New skills require backend/skills/<skill_name>/SKILL.md, skill.py, and __init__.py.
Use TypeScript and React function components. Components use PascalCase (ChatCardRenderer.tsx); utilities and services use camelCase. Keep SSE payloads synchronized with frontend/src/types/index.ts. Follow existing mobile-first styles and run ESLint.
Testing Guidelines
Add deterministic tests for validation, routing helpers, and transformations. Manual scripts such as test_router.py call configured LLMs and require provider credentials such as ARK_API_KEY or OPENAI_API_KEY; run them explicitly with uv run python test_router.py. For UI changes, verify a mobile viewport and extend Playwright coverage where practical.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

Smart-Health-Assistant AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository wananing/Smart-Health-Assistant (35 stars, last pushed 18d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 671 tokens to every session, about $0.0027 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
