Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00469 $0.00469
Opus 5 $0.00234 $0.00234
Sonnet 5 $0.00094 $0.00094
Haiku 4.5 $0.00047 $0.00047

Measured 5d ago against content hash 69cd762be493, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-08, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

bro-skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

bro-skills

Project: bro-skills

1. SUPREME ORDER

  • Strictly follow the .agents/memory/constitution.md file.
  • Docker-First: All coding and app running activities must take place in the container. DO NOT run node/python on the host.
  • Ports: Flexibly configure ports via environment variables (.env) to avoid conflicts.

2. bro-skills PROTOCOL

  • Every task must go through the process: Specify → Plan → Tasks → Implement.
  • Use Workflows in .agents/workflows/ and Skills in .agents/skills/.

3. LANGUAGE & CODE

  • Respond in English.
  • 15-Minute Rule: Each task must be atomic, ≤ 15 minutes, affecting ≤ 3 files.
  • PowerShell 5.1+, separate commands with ; (DO NOT use &&).
  • DO NOT hardcoding URLs, Tokens, Keys. Use ENV vars (.env).

4. SAFETY

  • DO NOT run docker compose down -v on Production.
  • Generate automatic scripts (.agents/scripts/) for recurring errors.
  • Check logs immediately on error: docker compose logs -f <service>.
  • Auto-Commit: MUST perform git commit & push immediately after completing any function or task according to Conventional Commits standards.

5. AGENTIC MODE SYNC (Antigravity Only)

  • Task Tracking: Use task_boundary to synchronize status with @speckit.tasks (tasks.md).
  • Planning Artifacts: Always create implementation_plan.md when making large changes (atomic > 3 files).
  • Verification: After completing the task, use walkthrough.md to compare the results with spec.md.

Project Structure

  • .agents/memory/constitution.md — Project Constitution (Source of Law)
  • .agents/identity/master-identity.md — AI Persona & Soul
  • .agents/knowledge_base/ — Domain knowledge (infrastructure, data, API)
  • .agents/skills/ — AI skills (@mentions)
  • .agents/workflows/ — Automation workflows (/commands)
  • .agents/specs/ — Feature specifications
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
