Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.01658 $0.01658
Opus 5 $0.00829 $0.00829
Sonnet 5 $0.00332 $0.00332
Haiku 4.5 $0.00166 $0.00166

Measured today against content hash 02918652119b, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

skills CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What this repo is

A Claude Code plugin marketplace (defined in .claude-plugin/marketplace.json) hosting:

  • prd-pr/ — dev-workflow plugin for Claude Code. Agents are agents/*.md; frontmatter uses tools: Read, Edit, ... (comma-separated names), model: sonnet, and descriptions prefixed with [Internal subagent of workshop-dev-workflow — do not invoke directly].
  • prd-pr-copilot/ — dev-workflow plugin for Copilot CLI. Agents are agents/*.agent.md; frontmatter uses tools: ['read', 'edit', ...] (YAML list, lowercase), full model ids like model: claude-sonnet-4.5, and user-invocable: false instead of the description prefix.
  • prd-pr-cursor/ — for Cursor. Not a marketplace plugin (no plugin.json, no skills, not in marketplace.json): it's a project-local .cursor/ adapter to copy into target repos — agents/ (the seven subagents with Cursor picker-slug model: frontmatter, e.g. composer-2.5, plus readonly: flags) and rules/prd-pr-cursor.mdc (always-applied rule mapping agent_type: "prd-pr:…" to Cursor's bare subagent_type). Skills are consumed from the installed prd-pr plugin, so agent body changes in prd-pr/agents/ should be re-copied here while keeping the Cursor frontmatter.
  • utility-skills/ — standalone user-invocable skills with no agents or hooks. Each skill is a skills/<name>/SKILL.md file, optionally with bundled scripts/ and references/ beside it (as my-work has). Skills may declare required args: in frontmatter (YAML list with name, description, required). Current skills: teach-me, learn-it, spec-me, html-it, my-work.

There is no build, lint, or test tooling — everything is markdown plus a few bash hook scripts. The "test" is installing the plugin and exercising it: /plugin marketplace add wei6bin/skills, /plugin install prd-pr@skills, then /reload-plugins after edits (no restart needed). Installed contents land at ~/.claude/plugins/cache/skills/<plugin-name>/.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
