What is WICompress CLAUDE.md?

A repository instruction file that points coding agents to AGENTS.md as the single source of project guidance. It serves as the entry point for Claude Code.

Use it to direct agents to the canonical instructions before they work in the repository.

It avoids keeping two copies of repository instructions that could become inconsistent. Agents know which file to read for the real rules.
