Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00867 | $0.00867 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00434 | $0.00434 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00173 | $0.00173 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00087 | $0.00087 |
Grade A, and why
burpsuite-for-ai-agent AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 72 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
burpAI — Burp Suite AI Agent Bridge
You have access to burpai MCP tools that connect to a running Burp Suite instance. These tools let you analyze captured HTTP traffic, modify requests, send them to Burp Repeater, run nuclei scans, and import security findings.
Available MCP Tools
Capture & Analysis
- burp_status — Check bridge connection + store statistics
- burp_requests — List captured HTTP requests (filter by url/method)
- burp_request_detail — Full request detail: headers, body, response
- burp_endpoints — Unique endpoints with parameter names and hit counts
- burp_tasks — Tasks queued from Burp context menu (scan/plan/scope)
- burp_snapshot — Latest session snapshot (cookies, storage)
Agent-Driven Scanning (core feature)
- burp_replay — Take a captured request, modify it (method/path/headers/body), and send to Burp Repeater. Burp executes the actual HTTP call, and the response auto-forwards back to you.
- burp_send_to_burp — Queue raw action: send_to_repeater, add_scan_issue, console_log
External Scanning (nuclei)
- burp_scan_url — Run nuclei scan against a URL
- burp_scan_bulk — Scan all captured endpoints
- burp_scan_results — List previous scan results
- burp_scan_import_all — Import nuclei findings as Burp issues
Findings
- burp_issues — List security findings queued for Burp import
- burp_import_issue — Submit a finding (title, url, severity, detail)
Management
- burp_outbound_status — Pending actions waiting for Burp
- burp_clear — Clear all captured data
Workflow: Agent-Driven Scanner
This is the primary pentest workflow. The goal: Burp captures real traffic (already logged in, no WAF) → you analyze → you modify → Burp executes.
1. burp_status → confirm bridge is connected
2. burp_requests → see what requests have been captured
(or user right-clicks in Burp → send to burpAI)
3. burp_request_detail → examine the interesting request
4. burp_replay → modify request (change body, headers, etc.)
→ opens in Burp Repeater → user clicks Send → response auto-forwards
5. burp_request_detail → read the response
6. Loop: modify payload → replay → analyze
7. burp_import_issue → submit finding if vulnerable
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

burpsuite-for-ai-agent AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository whoismemas/burpsuite-for-ai-agent (0 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 867 tokens to every session, about $0.0043 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
