WhyBuddy: Instructions file for Kiro

.kiro/steering/task-autopilot-implementation-waves-2026-04-23.md

WhyBuddy task-autopilot-implementation-waves-2026-04-23.md is an instructions file for Kiro from xiaojilele-glitch/WhyBuddy. It costs 5,643 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

An implementation plan for a task-autopilot system: software that plans routes for tasks, runs them, and lets people take control when needed. It records the shared data shown to the user, such as destinations, routes, execution state, teams, and evidence.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to decide which task-autopilot models, server projections, runtime parts, takeover controls, replay records, and evidence tracking to build next.
Why use it?
It turns many separate design documents into an ordered coding plan and keeps the user interface and runtime based on the same data. It also prevents the project from claiming fully unattended operation before that exists.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.05643 $0.05643
Opus 5.5 $0.02257 $0.02257
Sonnet 5.5 $0.01129 $0.01129
Haiku 4.5 $0.00564 $0.00564

Security

Grade A, and why

WhyBuddy task-autopilot-implementation-waves-2026-04-23.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

  • 优先复用现有任务域与主线观测能力:server/tasks/*、server/core/workflow-runtime-engine.ts、server/routes/tasks.ts、server/routes/replay.ts、server/routes/audit.ts、server/routes/lineage.ts、client/src/components/tasks/*。

  • 共享契约与投影:shared/mission/autopilot.ts、shared/mission/contracts.ts、shared/mission/projection.ts、shared/mission/api.ts、shared/mission/socket.ts、shared/workflow-domain.ts、shared/workflow-runtime.ts
  • 任务运行时与编排:server/tasks/mission-runtime.ts、server/core/mission-orchestrator.ts、server/tasks/mission-operator-service.ts、server/tasks/mission-decision.ts
  • projection 与 API:server/tasks/mission-projection.ts、server/routes/tasks.ts、server/routes/workflows.ts
  • runtime 与可观测桥接:server/core/workflow-runtime-engine.ts、server/core/web-aigc-runtime-observability.ts
  • 回放、审计、血缘:server/routes/replay.ts、server/replay/*、server/audit/*、server/lineage/*
  • 前端任务承载面:client/src/lib/mission-client.ts、client/src/lib/tasks-store.ts、client/src/components/tasks/TaskAutopilotPanel.tsx、client/src/components/tasks/*、client/src/pages/tasks/*
  • 前端 replay / telemetry 承载面:client/src/lib/replay/*、client/src/lib/browser-telemetry-store.ts、client/src/components/replay/*、client/src/components/permissions/AuditTimeline.tsx、client/src/components/lineage/*

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
