WhyBuddy: Instructions file for Kiro

.kiro/steering/task-autopilot-repo-alignment-2026-04-23.md

WhyBuddy task-autopilot-repo-alignment-2026-04-23.md is an instructions file for Kiro from xiaojilele-glitch/WhyBuddy. It costs 6,198 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

An alignment document that maps the task automation language onto the existing mission, workflow, runtime, decision, audit, and replay systems. It treats terms such as destination, route, drive state, takeover, and evidence as views of existing data rather than a separate system.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to plan compatible changes, connect user-facing task concepts to backend data, and guide work on routing, team coordination, human takeover, recovery, replay, and success measures.
Why use it?
It prevents new product names from replacing the software's established sources of truth. It also records what has been implemented and what still needs deeper runtime behavior.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.06198 $0.06198
Opus 5.5 $0.02479 $0.02479
Sonnet 5.5 $0.01240 $0.01240
Haiku 4.5 $0.00620 $0.00620

Security

Grade A, and why

WhyBuddy task-autopilot-repo-alignment-2026-04-23.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

  • 18 / 18 specs
  • 54 / 54 markdown
  • 602 / 602 raw checklist

  • Mission -> Destination
    • shared/mission/autopilot.ts 的 parseMissionDestination() 与 MissionAutopilotSummary.destination
  • Workflow / Mission stage -> Route
    • autopilot route summary、candidate route、route selection / replan 字段
  • Runtime state -> Drive State
    • inferMissionAutopilotDriveState() 与 server projection
  • Decision / HITL -> Takeover
    • takeover summary、decision prompt、missing-info clarifications、operator actions
  • Runtime facts -> Evidence / Explanation
    • evidence timeline、correlation index、recommendation details、remaining steps

Compatibility-First 结论

  • Mission Runtime、workflow runtime、HITL、replay、audit、lineage、Web-AIGC

Destination / Route / Drive State / Fleet / Takeover

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
