-b2b-lead-hunter-skill: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

-b2b-lead-hunter-skill CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from xiongQvQ/-b2b-lead-hunter-skill. It costs 700 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Repository instructions for a business-to-business lead-finding and outreach project. They document commands, data checks, and the split between AI decisions and Python scripts.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when preparing leads, creating outreach templates or drafts, evaluating messages, or running a dry-run email workflow.
Why use it?
They help an agent follow the project's expected workflow and check generated outreach data before it is used. B2B means business-to-business, such as one company selling to another.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00700 $0.00700
Opus 5 $0.00350 $0.00350
Sonnet 5 $0.00140 $0.00140
Haiku 4.5 $0.00070 $0.00070

Measured 11d ago against content hash ba4e66411d5e, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-11, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

-b2b-lead-hunter-skill CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Commands

pip3 install requests # Install the only external dependency
python -m py_compile scripts/*.py # Syntax validation for all scripts
python scripts/validate_artifact.py leads path/to/leads.jsonl # Validate artifact by type

Smoke test the outreach pipeline:

python scripts/prepare_outreach.py ... && \
python scripts/generate_outreach_templates.py ... && \
python scripts/generate_outreach_drafts.py ... && \
python scripts/evaluate_outreach_drafts.py ... && \
python scripts/send_smtp.py --dry-run ...

Valid artifact types: lead, brief, decision-maker, customs-verification, outreach-candidate, outreach-template, outreach-draft, outreach-evaluation, sender-profile, sent-log, smtp-config.

Architecture

Hermes/Judgment vs Scripts/Deterministic split — Hermes (the AI) owns search strategy, fit scoring, language choice, and approval decisions. Python scripts own normalization, page reading, contact extraction, deduplication, validation, template rendering, draft evaluation, export, and SMTP plumbing.

Pipeline stages: brief → search → read websites → score/split → export → decision-maker discovery → customs verification → outreach preparation → templates → drafts → evaluate → approve → send

Artifact contracts — Each stage reads/writes JSONL files validated against JSON schemas in templates/. The schemas are enforced at runtime by scripts/contracts.py (695 lines, imported by 8+ scripts). This is the central dependency — know it before modifying any script that touches artifacts.

Hard gates — Quality overrides target count. Leads cannot enter strict CSV without company reality, buyer-role evidence, contactability, and source URLs. SMTP sending is blocked by multiple hash-locked gates (evaluation hash, approval hash, suppression check, duplicate check, dry-run success). Never auto-sends to inferred emails or free-mail addresses.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
