bilibili-mcp: Instructions file for Claude Code

CLAUDE.md

bilibili-mcp CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for Claude Code from XZXZZX-Ai/bilibili-mcp. It costs 573 tokens per session, scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

Repository instructions for a project that connects Claude Code with a harness for controlled software development work.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use them when running Claude Direct or a Codex-to-Claude handoff, assigning bounded subagent work, verifying changes and recovering focused commits.
Why use it?
They define which execution mode, writer ownership and recovery commands to use, reducing conflicting edits and unclear responsibility.

Instructions file for Claude Code

Written for Claude Code: ${CLAUDE_PROJECT_DIR} variable. Also seen: reads .claude/ paths; mentions subagents; mentions Claude Code.

This is XZXZZX-Ai/bilibili-mcp's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on bilibili-mcp itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything bilibili-mcp configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00573 $0.00573
Opus 5 $0.00287 $0.00287
Sonnet 5 $0.00115 $0.00115
Haiku 4.5 $0.00057 $0.00057

Security

Grade A, and why

bilibili-mcp CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

@RULES.md

Claude Code Adapter

The imported RULES.md is the shared and authoritative Harness core. This file contains only Claude Code-specific behavior.

Claude Direct

When the user starts in Claude Code and requests end-to-end execution, treat the entrypoint as selection of claude-direct: Claude plans, holds the only writer lease, implements, verifies, reviews, accepts, and creates the focused local commit. Do not ask for a redundant mode confirmation.

Use python -m harness claude-direct for start, guards, lifecycle evidence, recovery, acceptance, and commit recovery. Never control a Claude Direct task through codex-direct or fall back to that adapter after failure.

Use project agents under .claude/agents/ only for bounded matching work. A subagent that edits must be the recorded active writer, not an additional writer. Read-only reviewers may run risk-weighted checks without a lease.

Paseo-Managed Claude

When launched from a Codex/Paseo handoff, the mode is codex-paseo-claude. The handoff, GitHub Issue, and typed contract define the bounded task. Claude is the sole implementation writer; Codex is the acceptance owner.

Return files changed, actual commands/results, skipped checks, risks, and all acceptance evidence. If Codex requests same-scope repair, keep the existing lease. Stop for scope expansion, product decisions, new authority, or adapter failure. Do not commit until Codex has accepted the implementation and requests the commit-only finalization.

Permissions And Skills

bypassPermissions is the expected local runtime posture, but it does not authorize remote writes, releases, credentials/SSH, broad deletion, history rewrites, or scope expansion.

A Skill marked disable-model-invocation: true requires the user's native /skill invocation. When a required manual Skill is missing, emit one bounded reminder through the shared gate with host claude and stop before governed writes. Never imitate or silently invoke it.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
