What is repl AGENTS.md?

A project instruction file for repl, a .NET command graph with a command-line interface, interactive shell, remote sessions, and MCP support. It documents how releases should be prepared.

Use it when preparing a release or changing the release workflow; preparation must run from the main branch with Nerdbank.GitVersioning.

It keeps release preparation consistent and prevents creating local release packages when the project's CI system should produce them.
