Non-negotiable rules

API gotchas (verified live)

Releasing plugin changes
The plugin ships the committed bundle plugin/server.cjs, not src/. After any src change:
npm run build:plugin— regenerate the bundle (and commit it).- Bump
versioninplugin/.claude-plugin/plugin.json— users only get updates on a version bump. - Commit and push.
