Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00704 | $0.00704 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00352 | $0.00352 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00141 | $0.00141 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00070 | $0.00070 |
Grade A, and why
appstoreconnect-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 40 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Project Overview
TypeScript MCP server wrapping two Apple APIs: the App Store Connect API v2 (IAP management, subscription pricing, product page optimization, release monitoring) and, optionally, the Apple Ads Platform API 1.0 (search term popularity and keyword research for ASO). Designed for local use with Claude Code / Claude Desktop, structured for eventual npm publishing.
Stack
- TypeScript + Node.js
@modelcontextprotocol/sdk— official MCP SDKjsonwebtoken— ES256 JWT signingdotenv— environment variable loading- Native
fetchfor HTTP (no axios/node-fetch)
Architecture
Entry point: src/index.ts — MCP server bootstrap
Auth (src/auth/jwt.ts): Reads ASC_ISSUER_ID, ASC_KEY_ID, ASC_PRIVATE_KEY_PATH from environment. Generates ES256-signed JWTs from .p8 private key, cached for 15 minutes with auto-refresh.
API Client (src/api/client.ts): Single AppStoreConnectClient class. Unwraps JSON:API envelopes into flat objects. Handles cursor-based pagination (auto-fetch-all by default), rate limiting via Retry-After headers, and single retry with exponential backoff.
Ads Auth (src/auth/ads-oauth.ts): Apple Ads uses OAuth2 client-credentials, not the ASC scheme. A long-lived ES256 JWT (iss=teamId, sub=clientId, aud=appleid.apple.com, ≤180 days) serves as the client_secret, which is exchanged at appleid.apple.com/auth/oauth2/token for a 1-hour access token. The two credential sets are not interchangeable.
Ads Client (src/api/ads-client.ts): AppleAdsClient. Base https://api.ads.apple.com, paths carry their own /v1/ prefix. Unwraps the {data, pagination, error} envelope. Note the context header is X-AP-Context: adAccountId=… — the old Campaign Management v4/v5 orgId= form is wrong for Platform API 1.0. query() walks the {offset, pageSize} cursor (max 5000/page); 429s back off exponentially and give up after 5 retries.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

appstoreconnect-mcp AGENTS.md is an instructions file published in the GitHub repository yuraist/appstoreconnect-mcp (1 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 704 tokens to every session, about $0.0035 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-07.
