marketing-os: Instructions file for Codex

AGENTS.md

marketing-os AGENTS.md is an instructions file for Codex, OpenCode from Yuzzyuk/marketing-os. It costs 817 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

An entry guide for Marketing OS, a collection of marketing workflows and reference documents for tasks such as website audits, search visibility, and copywriting. It tells the agent which reference material to load for each request.

In plain words
What is it for?
Routing marketing tasks to the right module, checking brand context, auditing websites and funnels, improving copy, and working on visibility in AI search tools.
Why use it?
It keeps marketing work focused on the relevant guidance instead of loading unrelated instructions or losing important brand context.

Instructions file for CodexOpenCode

Written for Codex and OpenCode: the file is AGENTS.md. Also seen: mentions Codex; mentions Gemini CLI.

This is Yuzzyuk/marketing-os's own configuration. It tells Codex and OpenCode how to work on marketing-os itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything marketing-os configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00817 $0.00817
Opus 5 $0.00409 $0.00409
Sonnet 5 $0.00163 $0.00163
Haiku 4.5 $0.00082 $0.00082

Measured 6d ago against content hash 714af776b5f4, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-06, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

marketing-os AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Marketing OS — agent entry point

This repo is one marketing skill: an orchestrator (skills/marketing-os/SKILL.md) plus fourteen reference modules under skills/marketing-os/references/. Any agent host (Claude, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, ...) can use it: read the SKILL.md first, then load ONLY the module the task needs. Do not load all references at once — the routing exists so a task costs one module, not fourteen.

Before any module: read brand-context.md if it exists (project root, .claude/, or .agents/). It holds the product, ICP, positioning, proof, voice and constraints. If absent, proceed, say the output is un-contextualised, and offer to create it from skills/marketing-os/brand-context.template.md.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
