Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00741 | $0.00741 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00370 | $0.00370 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00148 | $0.00148 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00074 | $0.00074 |
Grade A, and why
wade-skills AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 38 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
AGENTS.md
You're an AI agent (Claude Code, Cursor, Claude Projects, a custom GPT, ...) working with this repo, or being asked to install one of its skills.
What this repo is
Three of the agent skills Wade Foster (Co-Founder & CEO, Zapier) demoed during his Running Remote 2026 fireside chat, cleaned up into general-purpose, tool-agnostic versions. Each skill is a single Markdown file with YAML frontmatter that tells an agent when and how to run a workflow.
This repo is shared as-is. External contributions aren't accepted — see README.md.
The skills
| Skill | File | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| War Council | war-council/SKILL.md | Convenes a panel of expert personas to stress-test a decision and return a ranked, bet-weighted recommendation. |
| Meeting Follow-Up Pipeline | meeting-follow-up-pipeline/SKILL.md | Turns a finished meeting into a debrief, decisions, action items, and proposed writebacks. |
| Exec Weekly Agenda Generator | exec-weekly-agenda-generator/SKILL.md | Sweeps the week's meetings, chat, email, and calendar into a forced-ranked leadership agenda. |
This repo is also a Claude Code plugin (see .claude-plugin/plugin.json), an OpenAI Codex plugin (see .codex-plugin/plugin.json), and a GitHub Copilot CLI plugin (see .github/plugin/plugin.json) — its skills are discovered automatically from skills/ once installed on any of them.
Installing a skill
- Claude Code: install as a plugin —
claude plugin marketplace add zapier/marketplacethenclaude plugin install wade-skills@zapier. - OpenAI Codex:
codex plugin marketplace add zapier/marketplacethencodex plugin add wade-skills@zapier. - GitHub Copilot CLI:
copilot plugin marketplace add zapier/marketplacethencopilot plugin install wade-skills@zapier. - Cursor, or Claude Code without the plugin: copy the skill's folder into
.cursor/skills/or.claude/skills/. Thenameanddescriptionin its frontmatter is what triggers automatic invocation. - Claude Projects / a custom GPT / any chatbot: paste the
SKILL.mdcontents into the system prompt or project knowledge, then trigger it with the phrases listed under that skill's "When to Use" section.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
