Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00453 | $0.00453 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00181 | $0.00181 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00091 | $0.00091 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00045 | $0.00045 |
Grade A, and why
godot-mcp AGENTS.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Godot MCP project instructions
Purpose
This repository provides an MCP server for Godot 4.x projects. It supports
headless Godot operations and optional live-editor operations through the
godot-plugin/addons/mcp_bridge addon.
Commands
npm run build # Compile TypeScript to build/
npm test # Compile and run parser/MCP protocol smoke tests
npm run test:godot # Check GDScript; requires GODOT_PATH or godot on PATH
npm pack --dry-run # Inspect the npm release contents
Runtime configuration
- Always configure the target project with
GODOT_PROJECT_PATHor--project. - Configure the Godot executable with
GODOT_PATHor--godot; on Windows, prefer the_console.exebinary. - The editor bridge binds to
127.0.0.1and defaults to port 7000. Its port can be set bymcp/plugin/portinproject.godot.
Architecture
src/index.ts: MCP server, tool schemas, request routing, configuration.src/godot.ts: Godot executable/project discovery and headless execution.src/godot/Dispatcher.ts: selects live editor or headless execution.godot-plugin/addons/mcp_bridge/: Godot EditorPlugin and shared helper code.test-project/: integration fixture; use it for MCP smoke tests.
The Node EditorProvider and Godot bridge use a 4-byte little-endian payload
length followed by UTF-8 JSON. Keep both implementations compatible whenever
changing this protocol.
Change guidelines
- Register each new MCP tool in
ListToolsRequestSchemaand implement its correspondingCallToolRequestSchemacase. - Keep tool responses in the existing structured
McpResponseformat. - For editor-aware tools, update both the TypeScript provider path and the Godot bridge/helper implementation as appropriate.
- Update README installation/tool documentation when behavior or configuration changes.
- Run the relevant tests after changes. Do not add machine-specific Godot paths.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
