Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00392 | $0.00392 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00196 | $0.00196 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00078 | $0.00078 |

Grade A, and why
dochost-gemini-extension GEMINI.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
dochost — publish pages from the CLI
This extension connects Gemini CLI to dochost, a publishing layer for AI-generated documents. Use it whenever the user wants a shareable URL for Markdown or HTML they just produced: reports, release notes, demos, landing-page drafts, documentation, dashboards exported as HTML.
Tools
publish— publish Markdown/HTML and get back ahttps://dochost.co/d/...link. Free accounts: links live 7 days; paid plans make them permanent.list_my_pages— the user's published pages (compact metadata, paginated).get_page— one page's stats (views, likes, expiry) by slug.update_page— replace a page's content in place; URL and stats stay.delete_page— permanently remove a page (asks nothing else; be sure the user explicitly wants deletion before calling).get_account— plan, quota usage, and entitlements. Call this first when the user asks about limits or before a large publish.
When to reach for it
- "Share this as a link" / "put this online" / "give me a URL for this"
- After generating an HTML artifact (report, chart page, mini-site) that the user wants to show someone.
- Updating a previously published page instead of re-publishing a new URL.
Auth
The server uses OAuth: on first use Gemini CLI opens a browser window to sign
in or create a dochost account. Manage with /mcp auth dochost.
Notes
- Published pages are served from the cookieless content origin
dochost.co. - Don't publish secrets: pages are public to anyone with the link (password
protection is available on paid plans via the
passwordoption).
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
