What is casemargin-mcp-server?

A local MCP server that turns support tickets into structured case briefs or scores whether they are ready for a second-level support escalation. MCP lets an AI assistant call such services as tools.

Use it when preparing support tickets for handoff, summarizing cases, or checking whether a ticket contains enough information for L2 support.

It converts unstructured ticket text into a consistent support format and provides an escalation-readiness assessment. It requires one environment variable to connect to the service.
