What is meok-w3c-tdm-rights-mcp?

A local MCP server that checks websites and related files for signals reserving text and data mining rights under Article 4(3) of the European Union Copyright in the Digital Single Market Directive. Text and data mining is the automated analysis of large collections of content, often for AI training.

Use it to scan HTTP pages, HTML, robots.txt files, and C2PA metadata for rights-reservation signals.

It helps AI training pipelines notice possible content-use restrictions before processing material.
