What is hevy-coach-mcp?

A training-analysis MCP server for data from Hevy, a workout logging app. It calculates measures such as estimated one-repetition maximum, personal records, workout volume, consistency, and bodyweight trends.

It helps analyze strength progress, personal records, training volume, workout consistency, and bodyweight using a Hevy API key.

It turns logged workouts into training metrics without requiring manual calculations or spreadsheet work.
