A local service that lets coding agents search and use architecture decision records (ADRs) without model or network calls.

Use it to give an agent read-only access to ADR decision memory; it requires the repository location and ADR directory to be configured.

It provides a consistent, offline way to retrieve the technical decisions kept in a repository.
