What is hookmark-mcp?

A local MCP server that connects Claude Code to Hookmark, an app for linking files, documents, and other items together. MCP is a standard way for an assistant to call external tools.

Use it when Claude Code needs to work with Hookmark through its local command-line interface.

It makes Hookmark's command-line functions available to Claude Code through tool calls.
