A local project service that lets an MCP-compatible coding agent search stored capabilities using keywords, meaning, or both. MCP is a standard way for an agent to connect to external tools.

It is for running the Ratel Local gateway within a project and connecting to it through the command line. It supports keyword search, meaning-based search, and combined search.

It keeps capability search and stored project information on the local machine. It can find relevant results even when the search words do not exactly match the stored text.
