A local MCP server that connects an agent to WinDbg, the Windows debugger. It is configured to run from the workspace's Python environment and use Windows debugging symbols.

Use it as the infrastructure for Windows crash-dump analysis and other WinDbg tasks when the required environment variable and Python setup are available.

It supplies the connection needed for an agent to access WinDbg-based debugging operations from the project workspace.
