What is chrome-devtools?

A connection that lets an agent inspect and automate a running Google Chrome browser through its developer tools. Chrome DevTools are built-in tools for examining pages, network requests, console errors, and performance.

Debugging websites, checking console and network activity, collecting performance traces, and automating a live Chrome session.

It helps investigate browser problems using the live page and its technical output instead of relying only on source code or screenshots. Chrome must be installed.
