A remote connection for receiving, inspecting, replaying, and delivering webhooks. Webhooks are automatic messages that one service sends to another when an event happens; this connection also verifies their signatures and can trigger agents.

Use it to inspect event payloads, replay events during local development, deliver webhooks, verify that they came from a trusted sender, and start agent actions from events.

It provides one place for an agent to work with incoming and outgoing webhook events instead of handling each integration separately.
